The G-Force Theatre Group

This group visits the local theater 6 to 7 times a year where new members are welcome.  This group os open to any age.

Working with and supporting other local groups

G-Force puts a lot of effort into helping other local group to help them develop themselves and the service they offer to their communities.

G-Force also allows other groups to use their minibuses.

These minibuses are a fantastic resource and bring real benefit to all the groups who use them.

Our work with the Elderly

G-Force runs weekly arts and craft sessions in sheltered housing and older peoples community housing in the area.

Through this we are supporting one of the most vulnerable members of society.

We  are currently working with residents up to the age of 99 years old.

Our work with families and individuals

G-Force have experience in offering individuals and families crisis support, either directly or by working as a partner in a multiagency setting.  Support in the past has included arranging family holidays for those in particular need of a break away from the pressures life, as well as arranging alternative accomodation for individuls during particuarly difficult times.

We use our 'on the ground' knowledge to draw in extra support from other agencies.

The service we provide is available outside of normal working hours and is an essential part of our holistic

approach in our work.

Adult Educational Opportunities

G-Force have experience organising Adult Educational opportunities, these include computer training courses and Food Hygeine courses. Our ambition is to expand these services using our Internet Cafe, here on the Broomwood Estate.

Working at a Strategic Level

As well as delivering 'on the ground services', directly to the communities ourselves, we also work on a strategic level with many other agencies with whom we are continually cultivating close links.

By working together G-Force are able to bring greater  benefits to the communities we serve.
